After providing home-management services for some of our customers over the years, a strategic decision was made to expand our business by providing these services to homes and apartments that were not build by Cornerstone.

Our philosophy has always been to provide the best possible service at the right prices, while harnessing technology and efficiency to improve our services and contribute more value to the client.

Our primary business is CornerstoneDevelopments, which deals in high end construction of private homes. CornerstoneResidences is just getting its feet wet in the building of small apartment buildings around the country that are specifically designed for non-residents. What sets these units apart is the high quality construction and the original design, which is completely geared to a foreign homeowner, right from the start!
