The principal is regularly scheduled walk-throughs of the project, regular contractor meetings, updating you regularly, negotiating with suppliers etc.
We work well with real estate agents and contractors. Since we are your eyes and ears, it is your interest that we need protect at all time. We will call-in, as required, the necessary experts. For example building inspection engineers, structural engineers, air conditioning consultants etc., whomever is required to ensure that you are protected and getting that which you've paid for.
