Q. How long have you been doing this?

A. We have been in the residential construction business for over 10 years, and in that time, we have built many home for overseas clients, for whom we have provided these services. We are now making a concentrated effort to grow this part of our business


Q. What do you do in the event of a break-in?

A. As soon as we become aware of a break-in, we go to the home for an inspection visit. If there is damage to the perimeter (window and doors) we will immediately call in the appropriate organization to fix or replace the damaged item. We will file police reports and insurance reports as required.


Q. How do you arrange for bills to be paid?

A. As soon as you join our family of clients, we get you to sign a very specific power of attorney that will allow us to have all of your mail redirected to our office. Once this happens, these bills will be scanned and filed on our secure servers for you to see. All payments will be set up with automated credit card payments, so that no payment gets missed. When you credit card is about to expire, we will update all of your vendors, so you won't suffer from any interruption of service.


Q. Do you arrange to have my apartment cleaned?

A. If you are a premium plan customer, we will gladly arrange to have your apartment cleaned. We take care of getting the cleaners in and out during one of our bi-weekly visits. The only thing you have to do is pay for the actual cleaning service.


Q. Is it important to have a home visited bi-weekly?

A. It certainly is. The less a home is occupied, the higher the chance that a malfunction will go undetected for a longer period of time. With our video monitoring, we can see a lot - and we will go out to the home as required. However, the bi-weekly visits are really important to catch problems.


Q. Will you water our plants?
A. Absolutely. Again as a premium plan customer we will be happy to keep your plants watered. However, I don't think we're going to be talking to them too much...


Q. Can you do the video monitoring in an older apartment?

A. Certainly. Our system is completely self contained and wireless. This means that all we have to do is plug in the camera to an electrical outlet and it's connected. It's that simple.


Q. My apartment is rented out, what can you do for me?

A. Our Classic plan will offer you the services required. We'll pick up the rent, and take care of any repairs or issues that arise.
