This plan provides you with video monitoring of your home and access to our property management services on a pay-as-you-need basis. As a Basic Plan client, if we detect an issue with your home, we will go out to do the emergency inspection and oversee any subsequent repairs and services, as required. The only difference is that you pay for our services as needed, unlike the Classic or Premium Plan, where our emergency inspection is already included in the monthly fee. We include one camera feed for monitoring, but depending on the size of your home, additional cameras may be recommended.

This is a more traditional plan that includes two video cameras and no charge for emergency inspections. In the event that we detect an emergency in your home, we will go out for a live inspection at NO additional charge. Should the issue require a more involved solution - i.e. requires a plumber, electrician or a break-in etc., we will will arrange everything and our time will be billed hourly, in addition to the cost of the repair.

More IS definitely better. This plan is for the those of you, who would just like to know that your home is being looked in on by a real person, on a regular basis. This give you the peace of mind, that comes with knowing that a real person will inspect your entire home, under the sinks, tubs, bathrooms etc. In the event that a problem or issue arises with your home, you KNOW, that we will be there to take care of it. All without any additional charges for our time!
